The Black River Falls Community Farmer's Market

Saturdays  9:00 AM until  1:00 PM

Tuesdays 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM

Located in the front lawn area of the store, this is the 10th year that we have sponsored and managed this market.  Anchored by Helstad's Best Pork Products, as the season progresses, additional vendors participate.  Plenty of parking, each vendor has a canopy in the event of rain, and everyone has a great time.  We invite you to stop by and check it out.

Want to be a vendor?  Stop by the Garden Center, and ask for details and a participation agreement.  The market is open to vendors who would like to promote and market farm related products.  There is a small fee for participating each week, and no re-selling or non-farm products are accepted.  Please call, or ask a Garden Center Associate for more information.

2008 Community Farmer’s Market Registration

What:               Community Farmer’s Market

 When:              Saturday  9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

                        Tuesday Afternoon  3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

                        May through October as supplies and weather allow

Where:                         Front lawn area of Store, using canopies as assigned by Ace Staff

 Who:                Any vendor wanting to sell farm / garden related products typically found at farmer’s markets.  In keeping the market as an agricultural based market and space issues, crafts and arts are not to be sold at the market.  Resale of any product is not allowed.  The Market Manager’s decision for products allowed is final.

 Cost:                $10.00 per day per booth payable each day, or as agreed by Market Manager

 Advertising:     As sponsors of the Community Farmer’s Market, we will maintain a web page on our site.  If you would like to be listed as a vendor on this page, please note so on registration.  We will advertise and promote the market locally.  If vendors want to promote the market, they do so at their own expense insuring they also promote the entire Community Farmer’s Market.

 Vendor’s participation is solely at the discretion of the staff and owners of Scholze Ace Home Center.  This is private property, and anyone can be asked to leave.  Vendors may not engage in selling plant products in competition with Scholze Ace Home Center, unless prior approval has been granted.  By accepting a space in the market, vendor agrees that they are participating at their own risk, and releases Scholze Ace Home Center and the Market Manager from liability of injury or damage that may result in participating in this event.

 Acceptance of this agreement entitles the below listed vendor to participate in the Black River Community Farmers Market, sponsored by Scholze Ace Home Center.  Use of same property at times other than the scheduled market times are not allowed under this agreement.
